brahms® is designed to meet the full spectrum of requirements regarding digital asset management.
brahms® is massive yet flexible: customers can either buy individual functions which they really need or complete modules.
 We constantly develop brahms®’ functions and we listen to our users to decide which component would come next.  

brahms is built on four main modules which can be broken down to separate functions, available for purchase separately.
This module governs all activities related to the management of users, profiles, passwords, and workflows. It also delivers technical dashboards to monitor system-performance.

TECHNICAL GOVERNANCE (TGV)

This module governs all activities related to the management of users, profiles, passwords, and workflows. It also delivers technical dashboards to monitor system-performance.
The module has two main components:

User Management (UMG)

UMG contains a smart and intuitive interface for managing user profiles. The profiles can be imported via a secure interface from a source-system, e.g. Active Directory.
Alternatively, it is possible to establish a full integration with the proprietary user management system used by the purchasing organization.

UMG also contains the platform which allows the brahms® administrator to set up the organization chart, which is later used to regulate the access to all digital assets managed within brahms®.

Workflow Management (WMG)

WMG enables the brahms® community to use predefined workflows which are making sure that the digital assets contained by brahms® are compliant with the rules of the organization using the system.
With the help of the out-of-the-box workflows different tasks can be assigned to the users of brahms®. The tasks can range from a language- or content-review of a new asset to the creation of a new intranet site.

Personalized notifications inside brahms® make sure that all tasks are done on time and every user has a clear overview of his/her duties.

MARKETING COCKPIT (MCP)

MCP allows the creation and tracking of marketing plans/budgets and it offers a sophisticated business-reporting function as well as a web-shop solution.​
While this module consists of several main components, the functions offered in the brahms® core product are contained by the Reporting Cockpit component (RCP).

RCP stands on two pillars: the technical- and the functional-reporting.
Technical reporting features info-statistics related to system- and network-usage, data-/volume-transactions and many other insights.
The KPIs of the functional reporting range from digital asset popularity-rankings to response-analysis of externally shared contents.

DIGITAL ASSET GOVERNANCE (DAG)

The module consists of two main components:

Digital Brand Presenter (DBP)

The DBP allows the organization to set up a dedicated web-based portal within brahms®.
This portal provides the platform in which all digital assets can be presented and shared with the internal- and external-audience in a website-similar structure.

Media Asset Governance (MAG)

Using the functions available in this component individual- or mass-uploads into brahms® or mass-tagging of digital assets are done in the blink of an eye.
Of course there is much more than just this: image-cropping, creation- and sharing of collections, as well as many other functions are waiting to be explored.

DIGITAL ASSET CREATION (DAC)

This module contains an impressive toolset of brahms® which enables users to create reusable digital assets for their organizations.

Template Manager (TMG)

With the help of TMG brahms® puts the marketing department in control of reinforcing the correct usage of all visual- or other contents which make up the brand(s) of an organization.
Staying compliant has never been easier: just start making use of the powerful and state-of-the-art browser-based PDF editor provided by brahms®.

Content Localizer Tools (CLT)

Staying compliant does not only stop in one department though. CLT offers the possibility to create localized versions of centrally created contents with just a few clicks.
Regardless if we talk about a presentation- or an editable PDF campaign-template or even an intranet site, brahms® can be told to automatically generate a localized copy of that particular asset in all previously defined languages.
On top of it, using the personalizable workflows mentioned in the TGV module, brahms® can ensure that the needed localizations are done on time and are reviewed/approved by the designated experts.
